- Normal Service will take the Chinese embassy 3 working days to process the visa, the Express Service 24 hours. The days indicated above are from when we receive your application and then send it back to you by Royal Mail Special delivery.
PLEASE NOTE WHEN DOWNLOADING THE VISA FORM THAT IT MUST BE PRINTED DOUBLE SIDED. THE EMBASSY WILL NOT ACCEPT FORMS PRINTED ON 2 SEPARATE PAGES.
Applying for a Tourist VISA
Please send us the following:
- A completed and signed Chinese visa application form (download form)*
- One recent passport photo
- Your original passport (must be valid for at least 6 months with one totally blank page)
- Return address (your passport will be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery requiring signature)
Applying for a Business VISA
Please send us the following:
- A completed and signed Chinese visa application form (download form)*
- One recent passport photo
- Your original passport (must be valid for at least 6 months with one totally blank page)
- An invitation letter/fax from a Chinese government department or government-authorised company
- Return address (your passport will be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery requiring signature)
Payment can be made by either:
- Cheque (make payable to "Emperor Tours Limited")
- Credit card (please include card holders name, card number, expiry date and security code on a separate piece of paper or call 01580 212 609 to give your details)
